1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By completing the order process, you submit a binding offer to purchase.
The contract is concluded once we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in euros and include applicable VAT.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by you.

The delivery time is indicated on the respective product page or during checkout.

Important notes:

  • Partial deliveries are permitted if reasonable for you.
  • Delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. logistics issues or force majeure).
  • If a product is unavailable, we will inform you promptly and refund any payments already made.

6. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods available in the shop, such as:

  • Klarna
  • Other payment providers

Note:

  • We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.
  • When using third-party payment providers, their terms and conditions apply.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Returns and Conditions

The following conditions apply to returns:

  • Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Returns are handled in accordance with our returns policy.

10. Transport Damage

Please inspect the goods upon delivery for any transport damage.

If damage is visible:

  • Report it directly to the carrier.
  • Contact us immediately.

Failure to report does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

The statutory warranty rights apply.

12. Liability

Statutory product liability provisions apply.

We are fully liable for damages resulting from:

  • Injury to life, body or health.
  • Intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

These limitations of liability also apply to our legal representatives and agents.

13. Misuse and Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders if there are indications of misuse or fraudulent activity.

14. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional codes:

  • Cannot be combined.
  • May be limited in time or quantity.

There is no entitlement to specific promotions.

15. Contract Language & Storage

The contract language is German.

The contract text is stored by us.

16. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not restrict mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
